1. Appointments

Please book in advance. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee.

2. Vehicle Condition

Prices are based on vehicles in average condition. Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or special requests may require additional fees.

3. Personal Items

Please remove personal belongings. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicle.

4. Weather

Mobile appointments may be rescheduled due to severe weather for safety and quality reasons.

5. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service. All memberships, deposits, and prepaid services are non-refundable.

6. Satisfaction

If you have any issues with your service, contact us within 24 hours so we can make it right.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or damage from aftermarket accessories.
